![]() In this case it's both bizarre and pretty damn funny. ![]() That's a fun twist and supports the theory that "Don't you get the sense that, even with all the good he does, Bono is a piece of s***?" The show quickly devolves into the surreal moment of Bono breast feeding from the (male) head of the EFSMB, who says "Bono likes the biddy, doesn't he?" I happen to enjoy when South Park gets just plain weird - even when it doesn't work I find it amusing. Stan points out all the good that Bono has done, how much he has achieved and then states, matter of factly: "At some point, can't you just kind of f*** off?" It's revealed that Bono isn't the record holder for the largest crap, but the record. The best moment of the episode comes when Stan goes to see Bono and explains that his father has never won anything. There's certainly a nod to the recent documentary King of Kong, where a (somewhat) famous record holder seeks to invalidate his challenger. ![]() The fact that his video message is presented in classic Zoo TV style is a nice touch. The show has some fun poking at Bono's pretensions - from his hats to his tinted glasses and vocal indulgences.
